Training Timetable
In 2026 we will offer a level 1/2 team, Nova. Training will be held weekly from at Cheer Energy, 10/10 Hudson Ave, Castle Hill 2154.

Compulsory Extra Trainings
ALL teams are expected to attend extra training sessions. These trainings will be held on Sunday mornings and dates for these will be determined once training has commenced.
