About Us 🎾
We’re bringing the Macquarie Uni Tennis Club back! It’s been missing for almost 20 years, and it’s time to change that.
For us, this all started from playing Uni Nationals together, travelling, competing, and just having a good time as a team. Those trips reminded us how tennis brings people together, builds character, and creates friendships that last well beyond the court.
Now, we want to rebuild that same spirit here on campus! Where anyone can jump in, meet new people, and get back to enjoying the game we all share.
Founded in 1967, the MQU Tennis Club has a proud and colourful history — from dominating intervarsity competitions in the ‘60s and ‘70s to producing Full Blue award winners in the ‘80s and ‘90s. After a brief hiatus in the late 2000s (everyone needs a breather), the club is back in action as of late 2025, led by current Macquarie Sport Scholars and UniSport Nationals athletes.
It’s not just about tennis, it’s about creating something together again. Come be part of it.

🎓 Macquarie Uni Students: $35 (includes a $25 Uni Club Shirt + $10 towards the club)
🌍 Non-Students / Alumni / Public: $55 (includes a $25 Uni Club Shirt + $30 towards the club)
Once you’re a member, you’re set — no need to buy Social Saturday tickets for the rest of the year.
Your membership covers all that, plus access to club coaching, matchplay, and Uni tennis events.

Friday Guided Matchplay (UTR 7+) | 10am – 12pm Member: $40 Non Member: $50
