History

The Macquarie University Rugby League Club was established in 1969. We provide expert coaching and social events which foster mateship and relationships with a large alumni. No matter the skill level or age we welcome all players.

About Us

We are affiliated to the North Sydney Bears and our competitive season runs from April to September. JOHN TO ADD RELEVANT INFORMATION ABOUT PERKS OF THE LEAGUE.

As we are a competitive club, your availability and commitment to game days is essential. We train weekly throughout the year at the Macquarie University Sports Fields (corner of Talavera Rd and Culloden Rd) more info HERE. We also enjoy a range of social events throughout the year, check the "Events" section below.

Becoming a Member

As we are a competitive club, there is trial to assess your skill level and assign you to the most appropriate team. Trials are typically held in March of each year and pre-season trainings commence in preparation for competition season from April to September. If you have missed out on trials but would like to be considered for a team, email Club President mqrugbyleague@gmail.com or 0421 084 918.
